Care Station Medical Group - US Immigration Physical Examinations

Care Station is proud to offer INS 693 immigration physical medical examination for aliens seeking to complete requirements for permanent residency or change in residency status.

Our staff doctors, Julio Diaz MD and George Paroulek MD have been designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services as Civil Surgeons, approved to give immigration physicals. These doctors are available at our Springfield, West Orange and Linden offices.

The basic cost of an immigration physical is $195 which includes:

Basic Physical examination
Required blood work
Tuberculosis skin testing
Vaccination status verification
Copies of your laboratory results
Certified and sealed I-693 Form
